Every shop, clinic, restaurant and coaching centre needs a website — and most will happily pay a local designer ₹5,000–₹20,000 per site. Web designing (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap) is the fastest freelancing skill to monetise: learn in 2 months, earn from month 3.
What to learn (in order)
- HTML5 + CSS3 + responsive design (Flexbox/Grid) — your core craft.
- Bootstrap for fast builds + Figma basics to read client designs.
- Hosting: domain + cPanel + SSL so you deliver finished, live websites.

- First 2 sites: ₹3,000–₹5,000 (portfolio builders — tell clients it’s an introductory price).
- Standard business site (5–8 pages): ₹8,000–₹15,000 in Ongole market.
- Add yearly maintenance (₹3,000–₹6,000/year) — recurring income from every client.
Finding clients without experience
- Walk-in pitch: show 3 demo sites on your phone to shops without websites.
- WhatsApp + Instagram: post every project; local reach converts fast.
- Google Business Profile + JustDial listing for your own freelancing brand.
- Later: add JavaScript/React to double your rates with advanced projects.
✅ Bottom line: Bottom line: 2 months of web designing + 3 portfolio sites + local pitching = your first paying client. Many of our students recover their full course fee from their first website order itself.
