Only PCE staff with the private staff PIN. Students cannot self-issue — every certificate requires verifying a registered Student ID first, so certificates are available exclusively to registered students.
Enter the Student ID → the tool verifies registration and auto-fills name, course and duration → staff confirms grade and issue date → Generate creates a checksum-signed certificate ID and a print-ready certificate (Save as PDF).
Every ID carries a security checksum the Verify page validates mathematically — even before holder details are published. For full online verification with holder details, staff adds a one-line registry entry (the tool generates the exact snippet to paste).
